Risk of loss transfers to you once the package is delivered to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Eligible for Return

Items must be:

  • In original undamaged packaging

  • Free from marks, wear, odors, or tampering

Returns that do not meet these standards will not be refunded.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened card decks

  • Used items

  • Damaged items caused by the customer

  • Final sale or discounted items (if marked)
